Creating art is to experience joy, freedom, and unknown beauty. Come for a individual session or gather friends and come discover what flows from you with acrylic paint, mixed materials, watercolor & more! The focus and primary purpose of Art Workshop groups can be to learn a new art-related skill, celebrate a life event with others while creating art, or create theme-driven art with others. If you want to celebrate a birthday or a life event by creating together, schedule a party for young and old. Currently I’m offering workshops according to interest and depending on the needs of the participants. Once a topic has been decided on, all class details will be communicated to group coordinator. Workshops can be offered online or in person with adherence to COVID restrictions. See rates below. Rates are based on general supplies which may not include specialty items such as stained glass, clay, etc.

Process Arts
Process Art is a healing art form centered around the journey of discovery. It is not about knowing and controlling the end product but rather exploring thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, relational dynamics and circumstances that bring forth deeper awareness and truth finding. This process happens through participants being led through prompts, exercises, and questions while simultaneously engaging in expressive arts. Process Art often moves us out of stuck places. The result of your creation will reflect what’s happening in your body, heart, soul and mind. Process Arts often shed new light on thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors and helps shift the locus of control thus gaining clarity and understanding which can change everything. This art form is especially beneficial to those who are facing new seasons, difficult losses, and/or significant life transitions. Participants have described these sessions as “life changing and deeply enlightening.” Process Art is offered in a one-on-one sessions and in small groups where confidentiality is held is high-esteem. Pre-registration is required and group sessions are limited to 10. (Group rate reflects the higher number of hours of preparation required)
Individual - $75 / 1 1/2 hrs $90 / 2 hrs. Art Supplies Included
Group (5 -10) - $55 per person 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. Art Supplies Included
What people are saying about Process Arts ~
“This Process Art Mini Retreat was impactful for me. I don’t consider myself an artist in any way, shape or form. Thankfully you don’t have to be a professional artist to attend something like this. The time we had was filled with peace. Soft music played while we were led with some prompts and I felt safe, comforted and cared for. It was an experience I am grateful for.” ~ Kelly, Coeur D’Alene
“Through the art process … I was surprisingly able to release some of the grief deep down inside me that had been locked up …I believe my wounds from the Church are starting to heal.” ~ Rose, Spokane
“Process Art was a powerful exercise and unlike anything I’ve ever done. The contrast of where I started with a jagged star and chaotic lines representing my current life state versus where God brought me back to a vision He gave me over 3 years ago was a wonderful reminder of what my life looks like when I’m attempting to do it alone versus allowing God to lead me.” ~ Josette, San Diego
